Regulatory status

SOHBEL Management is incorporated in the Republic of Panama, which is the only jurisdiction in which it is legally established. In Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong and elsewhere, our presence is operational: we work there through strategic, trusted partnerships, and we have no office, branch or subsidiary in those countries.

Our services are advisory and counsel. We do not ourselves carry out activities that require a licence or supervision by a financial regulator. Where a client's needs call for a regulated service, it is provided through a partner that is duly authorised in the relevant jurisdiction.

These terms govern your use of www.sohbel.com (the “site”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

No advice and no offer

The content of this site is general information about SOHBEL Management and its services. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, to enter into any transaction, or to provide any regulated service in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful. The site is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where its publication or availability is prohibited.

No client relationship

No advisory or client relationship arises from your use of this site, or from sending us an enquiry through it or by email. An engagement begins only when it is agreed in writing between you and us, after our usual client-acceptance and identification checks. Until then, please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information: we cannot treat it as confidential or act on it.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date, or that it will be available without interruption. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its purpose.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Republic of Panama have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, save where mandatory law gives a consumer the right to sue or be sued in the courts of their place of residence.
